Can a menu/navigation item link to another site?

I would like to add an item to my navigation menu that is not an internal page but directly links to an altogether different site. Specifically, I don't want to use the Website X5 blog function; I use a different site to host my blog and I would like the menu item to direct the user to that. Is this possible? Thank you for any tips!

Debra, click on Map, create new level, highlight the new level and in properties, put in the url of your blog.
