I have turned off my virus firewall and Realtime protection so I can update, but still coming back with issue. See pic of error attached

You may wish to download the full copy (click on your profile, download) and do a full install. This would solve the problem if there are internet connectivity issues.
Otherwise, try again later. The problem may be a transient issue on the Incomedia servers.
