Mail does not arrive in right format (only text)

mails sent from site arrive not in graphical layout, but purely as text and with a lot of code (so not only the useful data) - cfr. printscreen attached
how can we solve this please ?

PS : on another domain on the same server, with similar forms, we do not have that problem

This is probably caused by script language, you can set a lower script in step1 advanced settings -> data management, change the email script (best is 1 lower), upload and try again.
You can also test this in your admin panel.

the login is in x5 also in acces management (next to datamangement) login with your website adres and set /admin behind it. Then goto the test section. read the help for more info about the admin panel.
