Not Receiving Emails Sent Through Form

I've recently updated a website of mine that was initially created in Evolution 9. I have imported it into Professional 13 amended the site, and uploaded with everything seeming to work okay. However, when I send a message using the email form, I (the receiver) is not getting the email sent, but the sender is receiving the automatic confirmation message.
I've got several sites online using Professional 13 software with the same web host but no issues. Any idea what might be causing this please?

Some tips:
is the email correct, no spaces before or after the mail?
Check with another email adress.
Spam box?

does your hosting provider support PHP 5.X? Have you checked the spam folder, so to be sure that the e-mails are not being sent there?
Please, do the e-mail test on the admin control panel of your website, which you can have access to on www.yoursite.au/admin, and try different scripts, everything has tp be "pass". Once you find the script, you just have to set in in the program (Data Management) and export the website again.

Thanks for your tips. Found the issue to be with the web provider and nothing to do with the Website X5 software.
