Menu acting crazy+refund

The responsive menu is acting crazy: when mouseover on the first navigation level is ok, but when I switch to the second navigation level things co crazy.

How can I receive full refund? I have 2 more days but one is in weekend. I am deeply disappointed and tired to solve problems every day. Love my Pro 12 with all crashes and limitations.
I have attached a simple mokup with the same behavior.

UPSSSS - responsive is no more working here at all! I NEED that to be solved beause is my primary page. What on earth could go wrong here too?

Ok, now is working - restored previous version. http://www.softedu.eu his navigation is natural not "jumping" so user lost his eyes between items.

Yes, I have restored a backup made a few days earlier. I can see in Pro 14 (which I kept) that the menu can open on the left or right side the level components and this is great. But only for the menu placed on the sidebar, for the menu in responsive - 3 lines menu - it is not possible, which is odd.
I did not had the time needed to remake the menu with odd behavior but some of this days.

you can choose which side the menu can be displayed in the section Hamburger Menu of the Menu Object, option "Opening".

Yes, but I can't choose the level menu to be opened in another column. Like the menu in the sidebar.

the Hamburger Menu only shows the results in one column. If you want to, you can create an Idea post to inform the developers about this need.
