Alper, as long as the purchase was within 30days, there will be no problem obtaining a refund.

However, if the program is getting an error and failing to start the problem could possibly be missing Windows components or a conflicting application. We have recently become aware that Reason Core Security is deleting a vital component because of a false positive - there is no chance that Reason Core is installed on your PC?

I get repeated errors when I preview for 13 Same for 1 year. now version 14 pro same. I try mozilla preview and i try chrome everything error. and version 14 nothing. no innovation. i don't like it. please help me I want to get a refund. where do I send a message?
