Hello, after a few months without any problems on a site made on WebSite X5 Professional 15, the domain was locked for 5 days due to traffic.When attempting to load the site from any browser, a hazard warning appears.After downloading the site directory from hosting, the antivirus caught "heur trojan.script.generic".Is there a way to prevent such things and anything with this program

This is an issue that should be address by your host, WX5 has no control over the security of your hosting arrangements. If it was me I would talk to the host, I would change my password and I would probably delete all content and reload the site. Many hosting companies offer security solutions for a small fee (eg sitelock).
In the unlikely even the infection was on your local PC and uploaded, I would of course scan for viruses and malware locally.

Thanks for the reply, I will clear the directory of the hosting and upload the site again, and I will talk to them about security.Kaspersky cares for my computer.
