Hello, since the update of the latest 2019.3.9 version, I made a change to one of the sites. After I uploaded the change, it turned out that the uploaded changes were not visible. The program shows that everything is fine, but after uploading - everything is as it was before. I tried to delete everything from the directory and re-upload the whole site. After uploading, the site does not load and provides:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Go to step 5 and select upload website to internet.

Please check you have the correct address (url) and you have the correct folder into which you wish to upload your site.

If you click the folder you can navigate & browse around to find the correct folder. Most of my sites are in domain.com/public_html

Yes it is often best to do a FULL upload (not new and changed) when a new version is released or used for the first time, but the problem is frequently that the cache in your browser needs clearing (ctrl+F5).

Thanks for the reply.

The directory is different for me, but my principle is clear, I fixed the problem with error 403, the name of the first page was not an "index" but it was in Bulgarian. I changed it and it worked, my problem is another one. Correct example:
There is 3 pdf files on one of the pages, remove one, then upload the correction. In reality, it is not displayed, but the file is there and when you search through Google, the file is displayed.

Evgeni, when you do a preview before uploading is the page correct (hold ctrl key down whilst you click preview)?

If so, you need to clear the cache in your browser (ctrl+F5) or use a different browser (one you do not normally use).

Can you provide a link to your site so we can see the issue?
