Websitex V5 Project  en

When I click on test I get the message "unable to launch default internet browser"

I have done what was suggested in the help file but i still cannot test pages (or complete site)

This just started to happen, was working ok previously.

WinXP SP3 and all current updates. Using  IE8

Any help would be appreciated.

I should add that I did purchase WebsiteX V8 but it wont open my old v5 file at all,

Is there any way I can import my old V5 files into V8?

Hi Lou,

is not possibile import the project from v5 to v8. You need to try reinstall Internet Explorer correctly.

would it be possible to buy websiteX version 6 and 7 and import from v5 into v6 to v7 and then v8? (and then possibly into v9)

BTW, I done a dummy site in v8 and had no problem testing it,

I think perhaps the latest updates to WinXP are not liked by v5.

is not possible because the v6 doesn't exist and convert the project from v5 to v7, than converto from v7 to v8 and from v8 to v9, it is not convenient.

it is easier toredo thesiteonversion 9.
