Having trouble trying to do an update. I get this message: " It was not possible to install the files on your computer. Please verify that all programs are close and restart the update."this message:"
I have closed all programs and even restarted but still no joy!

I am sorry about the issue.
If you check the Task Manager of your computer (CTRL + Alt + Canc) do you see some WebSite X5 or CefSharp processes listed among the background processes that are running, even after you close WebSite X5?
Please download the latest installer here, so that you can have the latest version without going through the update step:
