Error after update - WX5 Professional  en

Good day! I just installed the update of my website x5 professional a while ago. But after the update I cannot anymore open the program. The message is "Error occurred while running the program. Please re-install the program." I re-installed the program several times already to no avail. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Hello! I attached here the screenshot of the message that appears everytime I re-install and start the WX5 Professional program. The problem occured only after the update yesterday. My other versions of WX5 (which I did not update) are working very well. I tried to downgrade but my files cannot be opened by the lower versions. As of now I cannot anymore work on my website. If you can restore my program to version 16.2, I believe that I can still open them. I don't know what to do now. Please help me! Thank you.

Hi Reynaldo.

This issue you're getting should actually be easily solved.

Do the following:

1_ uninstall the software again, and redownload the latest version from your Download section here on Help Center.

2_ Delete the folder located at : C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Professional

( DO NOT delete the one under Documents which contains your projects, or wherever you placed them if you changed the default folder)

3_ Reinstall the software.

Try all of this and let me know the result
