can not be updated, an error window pops up, an image in the attachment

Please close the program and reboot the PC, then try again. If you still had difficulties, then you should download the newest version of the software from the "Download" section of your Help Center account.

I did restart right away but the bug was not removed, I'm trying to download

Download and new instal is OK!.
