I'm sorry to hear that you started encountering these many problems on your software. Let's try and understand what can be causing this:

1_ Was it always like this? Or just recently?

2_ Does this happen on a single project or multiple? How big is the project you're working on? What if you try on a new project?

3_ Do you believe this happens always when you perform a certain task or not?

4_ Do you get any kind of error when the software shuts down? You could post its screenshot here

1 - Não; começou após última atualização;

2 - Todos os projetos;

3 - A maioria das vezes quando fecha uma visualização, outras ao solicitar uma visualização... demora muito a abrir ou fechar e em seguida da erro;

4 - Sim; conforme img anexa.

If you're absolutely sure that this happens on newly created projects too, there might have been an issue with installation.

Try uninstalling the software, and then reinstalling it again. Eventually, also try it on the newest v17, see if there's an improvement for you there

Agora chegou o v17, vamos ver como comporta.

O problema continua com a nova vesão (v17). Ao fechar a visualização do projeto, continua dando erro e fechando sozinho.

Tá difícil trabalhar com o software, a cada visualização do projeto; ao fechar, o programa encerra!

It could be that something messed up in your software after the latest updates.

Since the v17 was installed over the v16, try uninstalling the software completely, then install the clean v17.

Additionally, make use of the v16 setup you can find in your My Download page, and download it again. Then, install the v16 too, it should get installed in a different folder.

Test both of them again with new projects, and see if the issue is still there. Then, get back to me here

I believe this could be due to some kind of third party software actually interfering with WebSiteX5 at this point.

If your software crashes constantly at every preview, even with new project, something else on your pc is probably the cause. Have you already tried temporarily disabling the Firewall and Antivirus and relaunch the software? See if it helps

If it does, simply add the software to the exceptions and you should be good to go.

Additionally, try installing the software on a secondary pc and move the projects there. Does it still happen? Or is it isolated to this pc specifically?

Eu acredito que isso pode ser devido a algum tipo de software de terceiros, na verdade, interferindo com o WebSiteX5 neste momento.

Se o seu software trava constantemente a cada pré-visualização, mesmo com um novo projeto, outra coisa no seu PC é provavelmente a causa. Você já tentou desativar temporariamente o Firewall e o Antivírus e relançar o software? Veja se isso ajuda

Se isso acontecer, basta adicionar o software para as exceções e você deve estar pronto para ir.

Além disso, tente instalar o software em um PC secundário e mova os projetos para lá. Isso ainda acontece? Ou é isolado para este pc especificamente?
