Randomly my cursor disappears

When working on my website on Website X5 Version 17.0.12, randomly my mouse cursor disappears. I need to exit out of Website X5 and reopen to correct it...But seems to be happening alot more frequently. PLEASE HELP

Update mouse driver?
is your operatting system up to date?
Graphics drivers even maaybe?

I am a IT guy and have all of the lastest drivers...but the mouse Cursor only disappears in this program. once the program is closed or when I Alt+Tab and chage program everything works fine so it is with this program. Thanks for your suggestions.

there are no other programs that can interfere? try to close as many programs with only x5 running.
There is a first time for everything but if this was x5 we would have had a lot of complaints here, so i try to search for something different, do you this also on another pc/laptop/\?

Everything is closed and I a running this on a Surface Pro 6. Is has an Intel i5-8250U, 8 Gigs of RAM. Haven't tried this a another computer because it will need to be activated again.

I also have Website X5 Evolution 9 Ver. 9.1.12.1975 and I never have this issue.
you can use x5 on 2 machines, no problem, just don't use them at the same time.
If nothing works you could also try to reinstall x5, top right -> download or reinstall .netframework on your pc.
Is Lavasoft Web companion installed on your pc, it's known for a bad combi with x5.

Nope only use Windows Defender....I might have to Uninstall and reinstall again. I just intsalled on my other computer and it is doing the same thing.

If it would be X5 I would expect way more helpdesk posts for this, there must be an program interfering, a program that makes heavy use on your mouse driver/adjustments.
Do you have it already after a clear start of pc en only x5 open?
Is it a bluetooth mouse or remote mouse ? Can you try a cable version just for test?

I also experience the same issue. I've noticed the cursor disappears right after opening or closing the preview of the project I'm working on. I work on 16.3.1 version, if it helps.
Virginia, I have experienced this only once and it was due to a win 10 update taking place. After the update was completed and a full restart the problem disappeared. Can you check an update is not in progress?
I'm quite negative this is the issue. Checked the windows update and it is the latest and nothing in progress.
This problem has been going on for months. Can't actually remember since when.

I can confirm that no report has been received for such an issue on any version at the moment, and this seems to be a first.
I highly doubt this is something strictly related to the software itself, and it also is very peculiar that, together with the fact that it doesn't' seem to be a common issue, you're getting this on two completely different pcs.
Most definitely this must have something to do with some kind of additional software or configuration specific of those two machines, that most probably the have in common. Does this happen to you just like it does for Virginia at preview time, or at different times too?
Unfortunately, it would be really hard to determine what exactly could be causing this, as most probably it isn't strictly related to the software alone, but to something else interfering with it.
Please verify the situation in which this happens and report that here, and eventually consider testing this on a different project and one additional device if possible.

Just a long shot:
Are the screens on the pc/laptop touchscreens?
Maybe this has something do to with it? Set driver for touchscreen off, this has helped in the passed (if you hav one offcource)

After you suggested that is not a common issue, I re-installed the program. After a few tests, it seems to be working! so for me it's resolved.
No, i don't use a touchscreen. Maybe my Wacom is causing problems (is not working properly sometimes).
