When adding multiple Product Catalog items, is program alphabetizing them

I just noticed that when adding multiple product items to the same cell, for the way they beautifully
behave responsively and flow well in every viewport, it seems like the program is alphabetizing the choices
and not following the order they are in within the shopping cart product creation section.
I just selected 4, kind of wanted the first one in the group of four in order to be the first one, but the first
one became the first due to alphabetical order, and others shuffled and followed alphabetical order.
Is this normal?

John, when you add objects to the catalogue you can choose the order you want them to display under sort order.

Thank you, that worked. I see that I select the first choice, then set the sort order to custom, then select the others. Appreciate the tip.
