V17 (pro) - Http Error 500 with contact form, cart and more

I did an update from v16 to v17 (pro) and now all my websites fails. Contact form says http error 500. Same for protected page and cart. The CAPTCHA ins't working too. Pleese I need help. I worked hard to update my website and now it's not working anymore. I've try simple form with only name and email and it doesn't work. I don't know what to do. I don't want to come back to v16 and remake my website from the begining.

Can you check with your host what version of PHP they are running, or perhaps thru cpanel if an upgrade is available?
Try PHP 7.1.
Using 7.2 without any problems 1and1 (IONOS)

They have the version 7.2.14

I found where to select version of php it was older. Not working yet, but I thinks it's going to work. Thanks.
