I have loaded two MP3 files to my internet site. They show up as they should do - except the time is shown as 000.0 and the MP3 doesn't play.
Grateful for your thoughts.

Hello. What object are you using? If Video/Audio Object, then maybe a browser case. Here is a table that shows compatibility of formats with players.
Here is an example of audio - wav. I see it like this (i don't have flash):

Thanks Aleksej. It shows up OK but if I click on the play button nothing happens. The file has definitely been uploaded

Thanks all.
I pulled the .mp3 file into audacity and exported it as a .wav. Uploaded that and it works fine. Will have a look at installing the LAME .mp3 add on. But, in the meantime, it works :)
Seems to be something with the file.There are also errors in the browser console (Google Chrome 73.0.3683.86).

Installed the LAME extension... pulled the original .mp3 files into Audacity and exported them as .MP3 - everything works well. Many thanks.
