I have received a message that there is a new update V17 1.2
I have tried to instal this several times over the last seven days, without sucess - and get a message "It was not possible to download the files from the Incomedia Server.
This could be a temporary problem: we suggest you try again later."

Malcolm, go to your profile, download.
If you are entitled to it you will find the latest version to download and install. If not you will need to renew update protection.

Thanks for your swift response - but it has not solved the problem.
I have been to my profile and note that I have licence protection until 18 October 2019.
I have entered the licence key and clicked 'Active' to download the update.
It doesn't work - and I still get the same message as above about the server.

If you are attempting to download the full installer from your profile and it is still failing, can you disable (or teporarily uninstall) any 3rd party anti virus, malware, firewall, vpn or sunc software (eg one-drive)??

I am just trying to download the update.
Temporarily disabled anti-virus software - and tried again.
Makes no differeence.

If being done through WX5 this requires a very stable and reliable connection. Downloading the full installable uses the web browser which is far more fault tolerant.

please follow Esahc's suggestion and download the most updated version of the software from the "Download" section of your Help Center account.
