Hi Incomedia,
In the Contact Form object -> Send section - under "Confirmation e-mail for the user" the Message field seems to have collapsed and is now only on one line with a scroll-bar. The message field should be a larger field (as on the opposite "Data Submission" side) to be able to see what one is writing easily. It used to be this way and believe this is an update error.

The field you refer to is still there, but you may have to scroll a little to find it as Esahc discovered in these threads:

Esahc's soultion doesn't work for me. There is no more page to scroll. And it's odd that the opposite side ("Data Submission" side) shows fine but the "Confirmation e-mail for the user" side doesn't.
My recommended and largest screen resolution is 1366x768 and cannot make it any larger. My screen magnification is also at 100%
It used to work fine in the earlier version of 19 so think this is a software bug. The field was larger but all I have now is a one-line window with scroll bar that is difficult to work with.

I must confirm that it really seems to be a simple height issue that you're experiencing. By increasing the height of the window, the issue should be solved.
I would also like to confirm that the issue is currently known and the developers are already looking into this as to be able to solve the issue for everyone
