Can't log in to control panel

When I try to log in to a control panel for a website that I have built I am unable to get in as I get a message to say that I am using the wrong email address or password. I have two people set up to access the site and the message is the same no matter who tries to log in. I am using Pro. Any ideas?

Hello Derek,
I would take the message at face value and assume that the credentials supplied are indeed wrong with regards to accessing the control panel.
To access the control panel a user must be part of the Administrators group in WebSite X5. The following article from the help file explains:

Can you confirm that you have set your users up as per those instuctions?
