When the hamburger button displays the menu. does the menu in the sticky bar need to show_can I delete it.

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help. I have a hamburger button which displays the menu when clicked. A menu seems to be also connected with the sticky bar which displays some of the menu but not all. Can I safely only use the hamburger menu and delete or (uninstall)the sticky bar menu or is it there for a purpose and will corrupt other items if I delete the menu it displays. Valerie, you need not use the sticky bar menu (simply turn it off).
However, unless you are using a vertical menu with keep visible turned on, how will people find the menu as they scroll down the page?
