Hello Valerie,
You do that in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Shopping Cart > Sending order > Sending order > Send data to a Database (please see the screenshot below).
You must create the database first in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Data Management

Thank you I did do this and the following message "The entered value is not valid for this field" keeps coming up. When I had "Send Data by e mail, the message that came up was "Activate Send Data to Database."
I got this information from one.com (who are my hosting) . Please note that a remote access to the database (e.g. from your computer) is not possible. You can only connect to the database via phpMyAdmin (in your control panel) or via your webspace (PHP connection string: https://help.one.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005593745-What-is-the-PHP-connection-string-to-my-database-
I am not sure what this means and what to do. Does this mean though that I can't build my digital shop on Website x 5.
There must be a way. I purchased Website x5 professional to help me to build a digital shop.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Don't worry. You can certainly use WebSite X5 in conjunction with one.com... they are one of Incomedia's hosting partners.
Have you created your MySQL database on your one.com server?
If so then you will now have your Database Name, Database Username, and Database Password.
Can you confirm that you now have these details?
One.com should be able to support you with the database connection credentials, Valerie, as it is part of their remit, but if you are getting too stressed out with this you are welcome to contact me privately at my support website:

The majority of fields on the form are completely optional and can be ignored in this instance.

Hi Paul,
I have taken up your offer and am so grateful. My time away from practicing the piano is limited and I just get so frustrated when I cant get something right. With you doing it for me it is a Godsend. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
