This can be a confusing and frustrating problem to attempt to resolve.  It can be difficult to track down the precise cause.

I believe your profile shows that you are entitled to upgrade to the very latest version of WebSite X5 (2019.2)  -  is there any reason why you are sticking with the older software?

The reason I ask is that updating the software can cure this issue.  See for example:

The newer versions of WebSite X5 which you are entitled to download will be listed here:

Download WebSite X5

The older versions can have bugs and defects which have been resolved in later versions, so it would be sensible to try the newer versions first.
