Problem to use Google markup helper

Hi,
I have tried to structure my data with Google markup helper. Both in Firefox and Chrome I received a preview of my page with black box compeling me to update my browser (both are updated of course). I am unable to mark up any object but text in the black box. You can see it in the enclosed picture. This issue concerns my sites www.ledsvitidla.net and www.dilight.sk. Other, randomly picked up webs, I can mark up correctly, which leads me to the idea that the issue is caused by my html code.
Please, help.
Branislav

Hello. You are right, such situations happen when the client’s browser (Google markup helper) does not support the necessary functions for the site.
This has been asked several times on the forum. It seems that the situation has not yet been resolved.
I sent a request to the developers. Expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Hello Branislav
The website automatically makes a few checks to understand whether the code inserted in to the website is compatible with the current browser or not. This might of course not work right if additional custom code is added like in your case since this check wasn't programmed to analyze that too.
Could you try and reduce the custom code you added to a minimum and see if the issue is still there? If it is, let me know what code you added. I will then proceed to perform a few tests on it in order to understand why this compatibility issue is appearing to you
Keep me posted on the situation here
Thank you

Hi Stefano,
I am not quite sure what do you mean with the "custom code". If you mean some code taken from the "outside", yes, there are two analytics scripts in the head of each page. I tested my site in Google markup tool without them and the issue still persists.

Hello Branislav
I apologize but I believe I misunderstood the issue you mentioned. The error you're seeing actually depends on the fact that the simulated browser used by this tool does not support some of the new technologies that WebSite X5 uses to create its websites.
For this reason, this message will be displayed.
For the moment, I am afraid that no solution is available and you simply cannot make use of this tool with websites generated by the software as of now.
I've reported the situation to the developers nonetheless so that this can be further investigated and improved
Thank you for your feedback
Stefano
