If I understand the issue correctly, I believe that only the "discount by amount" is exported in the CSV. Every other type of discount is currently not exported in there.

The possibility of having the other types of discount inserted in the CSV as well has already been notified to the developers. Unfortunately though, there is still no news about this, so it will be necessary no manually reinsert these for the moment
