Database Test Failure  en

While uploading I get the error condition that is shown in the attached image. My plan is to have a payment page for HOA(home owners association. I want to use a database (hoa_payments), the host server with write access is "localhost"  The url is http://www.longleafhoa.org

All so I have created the database in Godaddy's Cpanel.

Hello.Double check the database connection settings.Check them out in the technical support service of your hosting.

Would host name be the url of the webpage or "localhost"
