Database Test Failure  en

While uploading I get the error condition that is shown in the attached image. My plan is to have a payment page for HOA(home owners association. I want to use a database (hoa_payments), the host server with write access is "localhost"  The url is http://www.longleafhoa.org

All so I have created the database in Godaddy's Cpanel.

Would host name be the url of the webpage or "localhost"
