Import CSV file failure

I am getting a notification during the import of the .csv file for my product list in ecommerce.
(CSV format error: string delimiter found in an unescaped value.
line 13 column 15 char 19
verify that string delimiter is " and cell separator is ;)
I already removed line 13 , but then I get the following error
(invalid fields value (line12))
Where do I need to find the solution?
Has anybody experienced similar, can someone check my csv file?

Heb je iets veranderd in het file? Je mag bv niet de head, 1ste regel, ergens veranderen.
gebruik ook nergens dit symbool ; (dempunt komma) dat geeft ook schade aan het file omdat deze door het programma zelf gebruikt wordt

Did you change anything, maybe in the first line, this is not aloud.
Dont use the semicolon (;) anywhere because the file/program uses that already.

this started after the new update of WX5, I just found out I cannot use ( " ) in my Name/Code and Description. This really is annoying because I have a lot of products which are using " in the description!!

without all the " the problem is solved, but now my product descriptions are not acurat, because we sell a lot of products in Imperial sizes. Can you solve this in the software ASAP, in the past it worked flawless when I used ( " ) in the descriptions
If you use 2 it should work, please test. ("this")

This is difficult because the quote sign is also used in the format of the csv file. I would suggest to write inch instead.

Ok i tis not a great solution, in the past up until 6 weeks ago I could use " without any problems, maybe you can ask incomedia to check it

It seems to me that the symbol you mentioned should work correctly. Keep this in mind though. Did you write that line from outside the software?
If you did, the " must be written between other two "". The software does this automatically if you write " in the description of a product but cannot do this automatically if you've inserted this manually.

Het lijkt mij dat het door u genoemde symbool correct zou moeten werken. Houd hier echter rekening mee. Heb je die regel van buiten de software geschreven?
Als dat het geval is, moet "moet tussen twee andere worden geschreven". De software doet dit automatisch als u "in de beschrijving van een product schrijft, maar kan dit niet automatisch doen als u dit handmatig heeft ingevoerd.
Controleer dit en houd me hier op de hoogte
