Hello Nadeem,
In the first instance check that the version of PHP installed on your web server is a minimum of 7.1 - this is the most likely reason for your specific symptoms following the update.
Prior to version 2020.1 of WebSite X5, PHP5.6 or 7.0 could be used, but now the minimum requirement is 7.1
Kind regards,
Paul

Dear Paul,
Thanks for your reply. My PHP version is PHP 7.3 (alt-php73) , so any thing else that I should check.
For the time being I haved re-installed 2019.3.17 and updated my website. And it started working. But I want to stay on latest version. Any input?
I am unable to replicate this issue, Nadeem, and have updated several WebSite X5 sites with contact forms to version 2020.1.5
However, there are quite a few reports similar to yours being posted on the forum.
I suggest we wait for an official comment for Incomedia, as it may be that particular web server configurations are proving troublesome in version 2020.1 without a further update.
I've marked this thread for Incomedia's attention.
Uma observação importante é que existem duas formas de se alterar a versão de PHP do servidor de hospedagem.
A primeira e mais conhecida, é que aparece um Marcador (fig - quadro 1)
A segunda e menos conhecida, Gerenciador Multi-PHP (fig - quadro 2)

An important note is that there are two ways to change the PHP version of the hosting server.
The first and best known is that a Marker appears (fig - table 1)
The second and lesser known, Multi-PHP Manager (fig - table 2)
It happens that in some versions of APACHE, option 1, although showing that the version has been changed, a bug (ap-235421), does not allow the PHP version to be effectively changed. It may be showing PHP 7.1 and when you check it out in Multi-PHP Manager, it remains at PHP 4.5 / 6.5 / 7.0. etc. A different version than the one chosen.
I recommend checking in the second option and that the change is made by the Multi-PHP manager.
Hug.

Hello Nadeem
I can confirm that there's currently an issue with the login function in the Evo version which was already solved in a BETA update.
If you wish to test it, you can access the BETA from the Beta & Preview section of your account.
However, there might still be issues with it. I invite you to wait a little more until the functionality is back up and working alright again
I will keep you posted here
Thank you
Stefano
