Software freeze

An already created page will freeze after editing it. Nothing can be clicked. Only CTRL + ALT + DELETE and close the program will help. Could you give me an advice please?

Josef, if you are using any 3rd party antivirus, malware, VPN, firewall please temporarily uninstall or totally disable.
If you are working from external, network or synchronised drives (eg one drive, drop box, etc) please work local.
If none of the above resolves the issue, please advise.
