Database problems, is it working or not?

I have been struggling with my database. For 2 days it says it could not connect to the database during uploading the site. Today I finally got the database to work (I had to give permission to write -doh)
finally uploaded, but my blog and control panel does not work. I have tried on chrome and internet explorer.
Can you please check to see if the blog is working? I am officially at a loss for what to do at this point

Side note, my php on my server is labeled 7.2.xx but website 5x says it is not up to date.. could this be a problem?

The Database might be running on PHP 7.x, but your website surely is not. This is the reason why you're seeing this error.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to verify the situation. This error is appearing because an older version of PHP is active on your server.
Once that is fixed, the error will go away immediately

Hey, Thanks a Ton Stefano, I copy/pasted to the hosting and they were able to tell me what to do to fix the Php (it was easier then I thought) . It works now. Thank you so much
