My checkout isn't working properly if a customer enters a different shipping address (shipping addres is differtent then Invoice address)(step 1) . All seems to work fine. but the Buy now (koop nu) (step3) doesn't work.
if using invoice & shipping address (step 1 in the checkout) is the same, all works fine .
Incomedia please check

I have the same issue - I reported this to Stefano a week ago (the Incomedia turned my post to PRIVATE) and he says that they are working on to solve this bug...
When it will be solved - they didn't say ...
All I can see that in new BETA version CHANGELOG hasn't listed this issue as solved.
Richard, I have marked this post for Incomedia's attention, could you please provide a link to your site so that Incomedia can see the issue?
Thanks Sinisa, I hunted and hunted but could not find this same issue in the helpcenter - your post went private for security concerns?? ONLY if there are no concerns you can turn it public in the first post so that others with the issue know it has been reported.
The same problem has been reported by me here: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/it/post/228334
I also made a video that demonstrates the existence of the problem even with the beta version 2020.1.13:

@ Esahc
Regarding the post - Incomedia make it private, because I had to sent my project file for testing...
@ Giuseppe
The reply from Stefano you got - is the same reply I got 8 days ago (but in English)
Sinisa, is a truly unsustainable situation with this new version. After a month and a half since its release, it is still not possible to work in a decent way due to the many problems
Giuseppe, well, yes that's true... but, I can see an "increase" in staff's effort for bringing-out the software "fixes" in a faster pace...
Would I like to see a bug-free version once in a while? Yes, Si, Ja, Da...
I'm guessing that we (the users) should achieve an active-patience state (if there is such some) when Incomedia is concerned...as I can read some other software's forums (from that price-range) - the situation is pretty similar...bugs->fixes, more bugs->more fixes etc.etc. Everyone is in a hurry these days... Cheers!
Hello everyone
A new update is available in BETA which should take care of this specific issue
If you have the chance, please try it out and let me know if it seems fixed for you now
Thank you
Stefano

Hi Stefano, I am not a Beta tester, when do you think an update will be available?
Hello Richard
If no issues are found within the Beta, it should be released in the upcoming days. Please wait a little longer until it is officially available and you can verify the solution for yourself
Thank you
Stefano
Yes Stefano we have known for 2 months that there are Beta versions. The problem is that the 2019 version is unable to update due to the issue of concomitant ecommerce malfunctions.Although it warns you of many problems that exist, it is still not working properly.
