Other tick box opens new field

I have an option list with several tick boxes. The last one is "other". It would be nice if ticking on "other" opened a new text box so that folks could fill it in if necessary but it would not be visible and cclog the page if it was not being used.
Any ideas please?

Hello. As far as I know, you cannot do this using the program options. But you can search for a form builder, create a forum in it and add it to the site.
