The entry page php file should be in the root directory right? I'm attaching a picture of the upload page because I think I messed up since the entry page ended up in the English page directory.

... you also have an error in the online panel /admin/ ...!...
... try changing PHP/7.1.1 to a higher version on the server ...

I ended up reloading everything and the problem was corrected. Problem fixed
