I Can't log into my online control panel from either the browser or the app. I set up Administrators and still can't login. It tells me either wrong user or password. Also the url in the Website management is greyed out (See attachment)

I did that and it still didn't work.

What did you enter when you signed up?
Last name or email address?
For logging in you have to take the email address and password from an admin.
Are you sure that you have not created a user?
