Order confirmation email not showing shipping address

Hello,
I am having an issue with orders placed on the website where the shipping address is different to billing address. When the customers order confirmation email is sent, it does not state the shipping address, only the billing address. When the order email comes through to admin email, it displays both seperately. Please see attached.
This will cause confusion to customers who have entered a different shipping address at checkout but order confirmation only shows Billing/Shipping Address as the billing address.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also while I'm here, does anyone know what this label means (see attached)? And if it's possible to get rid of this from the order confirmation emails?

This is a stanndard so internet knows what type of country codes are used, specialy handy for shops and payments....
