Why does the venmo option doesnt show on mobile when doing paypal payments? does that need extra coding? somewhere?
i read that "smart paypal buttons" needs to be enabled ?

I assume you're using PayPal Commerce Platform, correct?
The buttons that appear on your page are chosen based on a specific PayPal algorithm on which WebSite X5 has no control.
Technically, PayPal should choose what buttons to display according to your country, but I believe more information can be provided to you directly from PayPal considering the system that chooses the buttons to show is theirs
