I have WebSite X5 EVO and I create forms for my technicians to use online. These forms are need to have a signature line. Does anyone know how to create a signature box using the forms?

unfortunately, the program doesn't include the option you mentioned, you can then follow Aleksej's suggestion to set it up using external services.
