I have WebSite X5 EVO and I create forms for my technicians to use online. These forms are need to have a signature line. Does anyone know how to create a signature box using the forms?

Hello. Look for a service for creating forms with the ability to insert these forms into the site.

unfortunately, the program doesn't include the option you mentioned, you can then follow Aleksej's suggestion to set it up using external services.
