After upgrade to 201.4 e-mails from contact form are not sent

After upgrade to 2021.4 everything looks fine but....
In start screen some buttons are not normal (see screenshot) and i am missing the advanced e-mail settings.
Contact forms seem to work fine but mails are not sent. Not to me and not to the customer.
I created and test new site with only e-mail form, it sends mails but sender is not visible.
What can i do to solve these problems?

Thank you, i found it already. Moved temporarely back to version 2021.3 because my customer was missing reservations. I will try a clean install of 2021.4 later and see if the problem persists.
Have you any idea about the start screen with the strange btn and _Descr text (see first picture)
