Hello. You don't need a name server. You need to specify A, MX and TXT records. Go here https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/community/users/1428140/webhosting "Access > - Manage domain". Enter your domain name and you will get all the data you need. You can also watch this video.

thanks. i am a very newbie and I not familiarized with terms, but I followed your steps. I introduced the name of my domain, but I do not know the following steps. After I wrote my name domain, it appeared many variation of name, including mine.
It appeared a tick box with text : I already configured the DNS on the domain provider.
What does it mean ?
You said that I do need a name server. that are : A, MX, TXT RECORDS ? My brain is destroyed by these information. I need help .
this is not an answer that could help me. I see your video with difficult settings.
"After I wrote my name domain, it appeared many variation of name, including mine" - You saw something like this:
Now copy this and send it to the technical support of the site where you bought your domain. They will help you. Explain to them that you want to host your site and these are the necessary settings for the domain.
After they help you wait 24-72 hours, check "I already configured the DNS on the domain provider", click "Confirm configuration" and you can upload your site. If everything is fine, then the site will work.

I did what you said .
Here is the answer of my web domain provider :
If you have hosting where you purchased the software, use it. Ask for support from where you purchased it.
We do not have the option to provide you with the DNS zone without hosting.

This answer surprises me. Where did you buy the domain for your site?
I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Hello Costas
If you currently have a domain name with this other company but wish to use our own Hosting space instead, since using DNS Redirection can be quite complex at times, I would recommend moving the domain directly to us.
This procedure is much easier and requires much less support from the external domain company to complete. You can read the complete guide on this here:

Should you have any further questions after, please do let me know here
Thank you
