Language error

I noticed very late that there is an error in the code of the exported page.
Although I set the Romanian language in WebSite X5, the online page shows in Html code the language en-Gb.
Is there a solution other than manually editing each of the 110 pages?

1) Remove all site files from hosting.
2) Download the site again (completely).
3) Clear your browser cache and check.
