Send data by email set-up does not appear to be working

I am trying to set up a Contact Form Object but the send section does not fill in the sender e-mail address or the confirmation email - User e-mail address fields and will not allow me to type in 'Email:' (as is the case with others that I've set up) then will not allow you to load form.
Is there something I'm missing
I have added my clients email address in the yellow section and that email address is the same that has been added in the email settings as sender e-mail address.

Hello. Add the E-mail type field and then you can select it in the send settings.

I had an email address on the for but it was as a text field and not the email address field. Thanks again for your continued help.
