Why does the sku not show anywhere on the listed items or order form email?

Hello
My client has advised that when they receive orders (via email) the SKU's even though loaded on the shopping cart page are not appearing on their email.
The website is https://dollshouses.co.nz/
I understood that the SKU was to help identify individual products to make it easier for picking and packing, can anyone help please?
Should there be an extra section as part of the product card??

If the Incomedia staff doesn't know any other way, then add SKU to the title, see screenshots
