I have a single MySQL database xxx_logins, which has been configured at step 5, Export.
When I set up Automatic registration, it worked for a while, but now has lost all the users.
I checked the database, and the users are still listed.
X5 has created 4 tables, all with different names. (Example: gy67df_Access_Mnagement, kuh77ht_Access_Management etc)
None of these tables are being accessed to download the users using the update/download users in the Access Management settings.
Any suggestions?

I just checked an older version of the project and it still has the names in the Automatic registration section, but I can't downgrade, or use the old project as it has had some major changes.
Hello. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Hello Steve
In the newest version of the software, the Database tables will be created and handled automatically.
As you noticed, the name is also given automatically to the tables. The one used for storing users is called _Access_Management and the first part of the name ("gy67df") is the ID of the project, which is different per every project.
If you have more than one table in your Database, it means that they all belong to different projects.
In order to understand which tables are linked to your project, you can try and register a new user online. Then, look inside these tables for the table that was filled with the new user. Then you can understand which one is the right table.
After doing this test, try downloading the users again. Does it work then?
Keep me posted on this here please
Thank you
