Paypal issues

The customer can go thru the entire payment process but when they click on the PayPal button, it kicks them out (to my error page).
About 75% of my customers are experiencing this issue.
I cannot find a commonality. I experienced on my Samsung Android phone, no problems on my pc using Chrome.
Several clients experienced the problem while using Chrome as their browser on their PC.
Several have exited the website, gone directly into PayPal and made payment directly to me via email address. Obviously this is NOT the optimum way to do this.
Is it a setting on y end?
Your urgent help is appresicated.

Hello. Yes. You're right. I see an error. I tested in Firefox 104.0.2 (64-bit), Windows 11.
I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Hello Ken
I believe the reason for the issue is this:
Your website can be reached both at:
http://tampamagicclub.com/andhttp://www.tampamagicclub.com/
That being said, only when the user goes to the URL that you configured in Step 5, like I did, it will work
You need to ask your hosting support to add to the htaccess the codes needed to always redirect the user from the non www version of the website to the www one
This way, it will always work
Try this out and keep me posted here
Thank you

That didn't work.
Had my host change the htaccess to https://www.tampamagicclub.com/
Tried to do an actual PayPal and it gave me the error page again. Screen Shot below.

Hello Ken
I tried to perform a new payment, and I get to the PayPal page. Can you confirm that up to here it all works for you too?
Does the error appear after paying?
Please try this out again and keep me posted here
Thank you

I think it is working now, but won't know until I get a new order.
Thank you for your help.
But I am puzzled how you got to an old 2021 form rather than the 2022 form that is on the website now?
Ken
Hello Ken
Unfortunately, I cannot tell. I would advise deleting all files from your hosting space and uploading the entire website from scratch if possible. This way, you're sure to get rid of any latent old file
I remain available here
