Alternatively, if you already have a second level domain registered with another Provider, you can:

Wait for the Incomedia staff for more information.
I myself use another web hosting provider.

Would transfering the domain to Incomedia and using their webspace make things easier. Thanks
I can't say anything about the WebSite X5 hosting partner HOST.it, since I've been using another provider in Germany for many years.
Hi there!
Unfortunately, we don't support .ca domains, so you can't directly transfer it. You should then follow this procedure to connect it to the included webspace while keeping it registered with the other service: Web Domain- How to set up a domain registered to another Registrar so it redirects to your webspace
Thanks! Kind regards.
INCOMEDIAs primary business is the X5 - it is not webhosting.
The webspace they offer for a free period is good for practising and testing.
As you cannot have a "real" domain here and cannot have subdomains either, I suggest you contact a real ISP.
I could suggest one.com or simply.com.
As you already own a domain you could of course do as Elisa tells you to do. In the free-period of one year, this will be the cheapest, but after the one-year period you will not save money by this and you will have a strange URL for your website.
So I suggest again - find a real web hotel provider. They will do the redirect for you for the .ca domain.
And you still have your X5 project. You just have to change the settings for where the project should be uploaded.
