Hello Jay,
I've tried to use the contact forms on both websites you mentioned, but encountered no issues with the captcha, is the error still being displayed for you?
If so, are you using some specific browser or following some specific steps when you reach the captcha?

Hi Eric
Contact page for bolondicleaningheads.com is working fine as I have not uptated it with your most resent version
However hipequip.com contact page still does not work after your update
Hello Jay,
I've checked again on www.hipequip.com, but am not encountering the error.
Is the screenshot you attached from the online website or from the WebSite X5 preview?
Searching for the error message, I see that the common suggestion is deleting the current site key that is not working and getting a new one.
Could you try this in Step 1 - Privacy and Security in the reCaptcha v2 settings?

Hi Eric
I did delete the current site key that is not working and installed a new one
Unfortunately that did not solve the problem
Thanks
Jay
Hello Jay,
currently it has stopped working for me as well, although I do not see the error you had, what happens is simply that the green flag on "I am not a robot" disappears after clicking "Send".
What issue are you encountering when using the WebSite X5 captcha instead of reCaptcha?

Hi Eric
I'm encountering the exact same issue when using the WebSite X5 captcha
Thanks
Jay
Hello Jay,

the WebSite X5 captcha should be displayed like this:
The error screen in your first message had the reCaptcha logo, so it's unlikely that the same error could be displayed with this other system.
Have you uploaded the website after switching captcha system?

Hi Eric
I tried that Website X5 captcha and just like that
So it must an issue with GoDaddy
I will go though it with them and let you know
Thank you for your help
Thanks
Jay
