I'm having problems to add Paypal payment method to my website.
After login and validation at Paypay i'm receiving a messenge: "It was not possible connect your paypal account"
Can you help me?

please delete the PayPal Commerce Platform payment method, then close the software and go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro
In here you should find a folder called browsercache, please delete it.
Start WebSite X5 again, and try to add the PayPal Commerce Platform payment method again.
If the error persists, please try to use a different network if available, or contact PayPal's support to also check in with them in case any issue has occurred with your account.

I've got success from paypal,but when i click to return to wabsitex5 it tell me that error

Hello Flávio, I reported this problem to them more than 6 months ago, and Eric is wrong, the problem is with the Website X5 Pro software. I had already contacted Payaypal and passed on all the information to them. PayPal has already said that the problem is with Incomedia, which owns the Website X5 Pro, and what makes me most angry is that they do nothing to solve the problem in question.
See here below everything is recorded and documented, they don't solve the problem, they don't do anything to solve it, I receive several updates for the software but no corrections for Paypal.

I understand the frustration, but this is not something we can fix on our end alone, without PayPal's support.
I know that it can appear as if we have been doing nothing, but we have been in contact with PayPal, awaiting their feedback on the matter, yet have so far been unable to successfully reach a conclusion.
In the meantime, we will be implementing Stripe in june.
