Website will not be exportetd to the internet

Since the Update to WebSite X5 pro 2024.2.8 the site cannot be exportetd to the internet.
The provider says the FTP-Server works fine, was tested with FileZilla and working with no errors.
The export stucks at testing the target...and program craches...

I am sorry about the issue.
From what you have described, does the software completely closes/crashes during the export, rather than an error showing up and preventing the upload to finish?
Could you please provide me with a copy of the project with its FTP parameters, so that I can attempt to reproduce the situation?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at sales @ incomedia.eu.

Thanx for the answer, yes, the software freezes completely, and while hovering with the mouse over it, I am forced to close the program...
Yesterday once, it made the connection to the selected path, then it took extreeeeeemly long to upload even a small f.e. 56byte file...and finally didnt finish the upload...
I will export it as you have described and send it to you.
